Shade: Wrath of Angels

Shade: Wrath of Angels Review

This is definitely a great game for fans of third person action/suspense games. I read another review that really shot down this game. Apparently they had problems with the graphics and gameplay. I experienced neither, but I am running a powerful computer. SHADE does require at least 512 Mb of RAM and a 256 Mb graphics card as a recommended requirement. I thought the graphics were good, and the level design was imaginative. This game is a cross between Tomb Raider, The Suffering, Silent Hill, and Blade of Darkness. The major elements of those games are in SHADE. Give this game a try if you have the computer to run it. For .99 it's a bargain.

Shade: Wrath of Angels Feature

  • 4 Very different chapters, traveling through different times & dimensions / 30 weapons / 30 levels + 1 tutorial level
  • Spell Casting / 20 Different Enemies / Over 30 hours of gameplay
  • Breathtaking graphical effects / Natural animations using the very latest motion-capture technology
  • Cut-Scenes to keep the player on the edge as the story unfolds.
  • Multiple Endings / Iner Demon, adds another twist to the already gripping features.

Shade: Wrath of Angels Overview

Shade: Wrath of Angels boasts 30 levels of intense action, featuring environments from the modern day, Middle-Ages, Ancient Egypt and the mysterious Shadowland. The player takes on the role of a secretive ex-military mercenary, who receives a letter from his brother asking to meet him in an old Eastern European town. Once there the player finds the town strangely quiet - until he discovers dead bodies, frighten soldiers and scientists running away from the town. It is at this point that the player first meets a sinister shadow being that offers him help and guidance for his adventure. As well as his advice, the shadow figure gives the player his servant - the Demon, which the gamer can morph into at anytime and whose physical strength and magic attacks will play an important part of the adventure.

Prince Of Persia 2 (Jewel Case)

Prince Of Persia 2 (Jewel Case) Review

Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame does a good job in continuing the Prince of Persia series. It improves the graphice with many more colors and a much more colorful outfit for the Prince. It improves the sword-fighting making it much more relistic and exciting. With new traps and environments each level has a NEW look! A couple of things bugged about it all the same. First of all, despite the fact that the levels were well designed, the ones in the first were better, MUCH better. The story is repeated (Princess is abducted, Prince must rescue her), which actually isn't that bad, but the last level was sort of a dissapointment. Also, despite the fact that I like new traps, there weren't enough original traps. Overall the game is worth the money it costs. is a steel, but don't buy this before the original. If you don't have the original then buy the Prince of Persia COllection, which has both plus a preview for the third in the sreies, Prince of Persia 3D, which was released a year ago. The only people I don't recommend this game to are the ones who only like the no-brain shoot'em up games. I don't think it's quite their style, they don't usually go for classic games.

Prince Of Persia 2 (Jewel Case) Feature

  • 15 hair raising levels
  • Classic game
  • 5 exotic environments
  • leathal deathtraps and more
  • PC/Macinotsh CDROM
